Challenge
USPA is an industry-leading clothing brand that is officially part of the United States Polo Association. Earlier this year, USPA’s sustainability director, Jessica Lenhart, was going on maternity leave. And inevitably, this left a significant gap in their sustainability team.
USPA needed a senior-level sustainability expert to step in quickly and seamlessly, with minimal disruption. So they reached out to Dazzle for support in finding an experienced interim sustainability manager.
Solution
In just two weeks, from request to final match, Dazzle connected USPA with Patricia, an ex-PwC senior sustainability consultant with over 17 years of experience. As Patricia also had relevant experience working with other clothing/apparel brands, she really was an ideal match here.
In collaboration with USPA’s VP, the onboarding process went very smoothly. With a well-organized handover from Jessica, Patricia was able to quickly integrate and begin work.

Challenge
In preparation for FY2025-related CSRD actions, Nedspice Group was aiming to conduct a Double Materiality Analysis (DMA) in alignment with the CSRD’s ESRS-1 requirements.
Solution
Nedspice Group required a CSRD freelancer to assist them with this, so they reached out to Dazzle.
Within a few days, we matched the client with CSRD expert Chi, who was an ideal match in terms of both languages and expertise.

After 3 months of collaboration, the project DMA was delivered, and the client’s CSRD worries were no more.
