Our approach
Elisa led the hands-on coordination of the EcoVadis submission, strengthened the environmental strategy and supported GHG data gathering. Her role then grew into interim Sustainability Manager: improving the Dutch entity’s EcoVadis score, bringing the US and Japanese operating companies on board, and a gap analysis and knowledge transfer across all operating companies. In 2026, Annamaria joined as DEIB manager.
